Method 2 biting lip.

How to draw a mouth smiling.

Add 2 diagonal lines on each side and 2 curves about a third or quarter of the way up depending on where you want to position the top and bottom sets of teeth.
I used doms zoom ultimate dark pencil in this drawing.
Draw the hint of a bottom lip for the two anime style mouths and then draw the bottom row of teeth for the mouth to the left and the mouth to the right.

I recommend using a ticonderoga pencil the worlds best drawing tool and a size 4 blending stump.
Dont forget to start light.
